Johnson Babalola, LL.B.
Partner
Johnson Babalola became a founding partner of Babalola, Odeleye in June 2006 after working at various times as an Immigration Consultant and a Sole Practitioner. He represents clients in matters relating to immigration and refugee law, real estate and landlord and tenant.
Johnson has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada and a variety of tribunals. He writes on immigration and settlement matters. He travels out of Canada frequently to present seminars to prospective immigrants.

Richard Odeleye, LL.B.
Partner
Richard Odeleye became a founding partner of Babalola, Odeleye in June 2006 after successfully working as a Sole Practitioner. He represents clients in matters relating to criminal law, civil litigation, real estate, immigration and refugee law.
Richard has appeared before different levels of court in Ontario and a variety of tribunals. He is a passionate litigator who has over the years, acquired a robust experience assisting his clients in a variety of legal matters including representation at the Superior Court and the Federal Court.

Crystal Mohammed
Legal Assistant
Immigration and Refugee
Crystal Mohammed is a Legal Assistant in the firm’s Immigration and Refugee Department. She primarily meets with Refugee Clients and research and prepares Sponsorships (Overseas and With-in Canada), Humanitarian and Compassionate Applications and Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA) Applications for review by the partners. She is responsible for researching case laws, organizing documents to be reviewed by the partners, preparing court documents, client’s submissions and liaising with immigration organizations and clients.
Crystal also provides support to the lawyers by conducting legal research in any one of the other disciplines that the law firm handles; criminal law, real estate and family law.

Adriana Sarmiento
Legal Assistant
Immigration and Refugee
Adriana Sarmiento is a Legal Asisstant in the firm’s Immigration and Refugee Department and provides legal support to the partners. Her main responsibilities include researching case laws, preparing court documents, organizing documents and materials reviewed by the partners. She also assists in other areas of Immigration from time to time.
Mrs. Sarmiento is fluent in English, Spanish and conversant in Persian.

Mineky Graham
Detail Oriented law Clerk
Handles Skilled Worker Immigration
Mineky Graham works with Babalola, Odeleye as a detail oriented law clerk that specializes in skilled worker immigration.
Ms. Graham also works with refugee, criminal, civil and federal court matters.
Mineky conducts interviews with clients as well as review client documents. She does hands on administrative duties on a daily basis. In addition, Ms. Graham also works extensively in drafting and responding to correspondence between other lawyers and clients.
Ms. Graham completed her law clerk diploma program at Humber College in Toronto where she graduated with honors.
